Treatments offered at One Therapy Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the belief that there are reflex areas in the feet, hands, face and ears which are believed to correspond to all organs and parts of the body. Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms such as everyday stress and tension.

Reflexology can be a wonderfully relaxing experience where you can take time out from everyday pressures. Sarah’s expert touch will help you relax which can help improve mood, aid sleep and relieve stress and daily tension. The result is an overall sense of wellbeing.

As well as your clinical ‘Classic’ reflexology treatment Sarah also offers a number of reflexology treatments which are more unique and are particularly specialist areas of reflexology so more detailed descriptions are noted below. If you have any questions that can not be answered from this website then please do not hesitate to contact One Therapy Reflexology directly where they will be more than happy to help.

Every client will start their journey with an ‘Initial Consultation & Treatment’. During any typical reflexology session a detailed medical history will be taken. Treatments are performed in a very comfortable chair. If it is to be performed on the feet, the client will be asked to remove footwear and socks but other forms of reflexology require no removal of clothing. A visual and tactile examination of the area to be worked will be done before beginning the precise reflexology treatment. The particular types of movements involved require the application of an appropriate pressure using the thumb and fingers. During this consultation the necessary paperwork is completed and a plan will be formulated. As a specialist in reflexology Sarah will best guide you and may suggest different forms of reflexology this would be included in your own personal plan.

On this page you will see a list of treatments offered, along with their individual pricing. All these treatments, their benefits and suitability can be discussed at your initial consultation and you may have the option to include a variety of reflexology treatments within your planned programme or as a one off treatment.

For all treatments excluding Wee-Flex you must book an Initial Consultation & Treatment Appointment.
